Wear it Purple day

Updated: May 15, 2020

The Kindness Kombi joined up with Bluey Boronia (shop in Topham Mall, CBD).

We busked out the front of Bluey Boronia to raise funds for the organisation Minus 18.

Wear it Purple Day is an annual LGBTIQA+ awareness day especially for young people, based in Australia. Supporters wear purple to celebrate diversity and young people from the LGBTIQA+ community.

The Day is organised by Wear it Purple, a student run, not-for-profit organisation, providing presentations and workshops. Offices and individuals organise fundraisers to support their local LGBTIQA+ organisation.

The Kindness Kombi raised $96.80 for Minus 18.
